As a realtor, I love doing my daily research and reviewing properties around the city to make sure I’m up to date on pricing and other market factors. Every Tuesday, I like to take a few properties and post on Instagram to see if you can guess which property is listed at a higher price. It’s a fun way to see new properties and get an idea of pricing in various neighborhoods across Chicago!
